Should a use case explicitly call out the need for authenticated secure registration? e.g. An admin (X) at consumer site A registers with producer B. 

She (Admin X) creates a portlet and later grants (delegates to) user Y the right to access that portlet under roles I,J & K (least privilege may imply other roles allowed for X).

We should definitely mention SAML as it claims to enable portable trust (and is an OASIS standard).
