I just got a message twice on dialing
in that the meeting organizer has not arrived ... it also did not ask for
the password.

Avi reported a similar problem. Are you dialing the
UK number of the US
number? I have one other person on the line at the moment but it
sounds
like the system is overextended especially for overseas folks. Lets's
try until 9:15. If folks still aren't able to get in consider the
meeting cancelled and we will add it to next weeks agenda.
