Discussion of the values and issues
for possible subscription models has reached a consensus that we don't
understand when having a Producer filter the events generated by a portlet
will be valuable, but do understand that adding it to the protocol will
increase the complexity level for Producers. 

Proposed resolution: Do not introduce
an event subscription model for WSRP v2, rather have Producers send all
generated events to the Consumer.
