Thursday conflict

I have a conflicting meeting this Thursday.  Its scheduled from 8-9 but 
I suspect it will run over.  Should I schedule the meeting anyway and 
have Rich [or someone else] lead?  Should we postpone until next 
Thursday?  Should we have two meetings next week, one on Wednesday and 
one on Thursday?
