Updated sample page

Revisit http://portalstandards.oracle.com [user:    
pw: interop] to see an updated demo page with the inclusion of the 
Apache/wsrp4j sample.  Still waiting on integrating BEA's samples -- 
however it looks like we have a handle on the problem preventing us from 
registering and BEA is providing a fix.
