Description:
The userProfileExtensions, consumerExtensions, and 
registrationProperties fields in  RegistrationData and 
registrationProperties field in ServiceDescription look like they are mechansims 
for carrying extension information.  Are they?  If so they should be 
removed in deference to using the extension field.
