Old text: ..as the Consumer must explicitly invoke deregister() to 
terminate a registration scope. This scope is referenced throughtout the 
protocol using registrationHandle. The producer optionally exposes this 
scope by declaring support for the Registration portType.
Proposed text: This scope is referenced throughtout the protocol using 
registrationHandle. The registrationHandle is created and destroyed using 
either in band mechanism, i.e. by declaring support for the Registration 
portType, or by out of band mechanism, whereby the registrationHandle is 
created and destroyed by means outside this specification.
