Re: [wsrp-wsia] [I#197] new URL rewriting tokens

Hi,

although we closed this yesterday I want to make an addition.
We should also have wsrp-SessionHandle defined besides the two tokens
mentioned below and wrsp-entityInstanceID.
The consumer might choose to push this also into the URL.
We had this in when we had the refHandle which contained both EntityHandle
and SessionHandle.

Gil's primer draft has illustrated that if the entity handle is to be part
of the URL, then the consumer is forced to manage templates on a per-entity
basis. New URL tokens wsrp-entityHandle and wsrp-userKey would allow shared
templates to be used.
