Old text: ”perUser”: The markup is specific to the userContext for which it
was generated. Changes to the data of the UserContext MUST invalidate the
markup.

New text: ”perUser”: The markup is specific to the userContext for which it
was generated. Changes to the data of the UserContext MUST invalidate the
cached markup.

Reasoning: Clearer language.
