Old text: This key MUST remain invariant for the duration of a Consumer’s
registration. The Producer MAY use this key as a reference to the user.

New text: The userContextKey MUST remain invariant for the duration of a
Consumer’s registration. The Producer can use this key as a reference to
the user.

Reasoning: Clarity and stand-alone. Also eliminates an untestable
conformance statement.
