Old text: Any Producer that supports cloning portlets on
performBlockingInteraction() or performInteraction() invocations SHOULD
support the releasePortlet() operation.

New text: Any Producer that supports cloning portlets on
performBlockingInteraction() or performInteraction() invocations MUST
support the releasePortlet() operation.

Reasoning: Why wouldn't this be a MUST?
