Joe,

 

Most of the requirements as they are specified today are requirements 
from the committee or the specification, not requirements from a Producer or a 
Consumer. Thus, there may be requirements that are important to the WSIA spec 
(such as: support sharing of context data) and may be irrelevant to the WSRP 
spec. Yet, a WSRP service would still be a WSIA-compliant service, only that it 
wouldn't implement/offer the additional optional functionality that other WSIA 
services will implement.

As a final clarification, does this means that every WSRP

the requirements for a WSIA service? 
  I was confused by today's discussion 
where some WSIA 
  requirements were deleted form the WSRP requirements. It 
would seem that all WSIA requirements would be WSRP requirements and 
  that 
WSRP would only add requirements. What am I

I have listened to two WSRP-all conference calls, a WSRP-WSIA

interfaces call and a couple of WSRP-interfaces 
  calls. I went through some 
archived email and minutes. 
  Therefore, I am just starting to understand
