New text: add '[R]String wsrpVersion' member to the 2 types, with fixed
value '1.0'

Reasoning: It will allow, in the future, a consumer to know what WSRP version
the producer implements and viceversa.

[RT] Note that equivalent versioning information is
currently carried in the names of the portTypes and Bindings.
