subcommitte's mailing lists

Dear members,

for our sub committees we've set up the appropriate subcommittees and
mailing lists within the OASIS WSRP TC.
To grant people rights to post to this list and access to the SC documents
the chairs of the SCs need to manage their SC roster.
Please note that people with status "member", "secretary" and "chair" are
eligible to post to the mailing-list only.

I ask all chairs of the SCs to change the status of people participating in
their SCs to "member". I would also suggest that you put me in the
"secretary" role, so I can manage these rosters and documents also on your
behalf (as a fall back).
