elements from namespaces other than WSRP

New Text: extensions: The extension field MAY be used
to extend this structure.

Extension elements MUST be from a namespace other than WSRP.

Reasoning: not clear if MAY flows into the namespace
constraint. One of our reviewers also

suggested this one.
