Alejandro,

I was able to record your vote as a proxy vote.
We said we want the ballot to be finished 1 hour before our TC call.
This is documented in the ballot description.

I've just tried to vote YES but I could as the ballot closed at 10AM ET.
That's 10 minutes ago.

Please cast my vote as YES.

BTW, why was the close time was set to the middle of the day? I've just
remembered that was the 24 but I would have imagined COB.
