WSRP submission for consideration as an OASIS standard

Karl,

Here is a Word document containing the
required information for submission to the OASIS standard process. I have
informed those providing use statements of your comments about the wording
and they are going through the process of getting approvals from their
companies legal departments for modified wording. I will keep you appraised
of the availability of updated statements.
