Re: [wsrp] Just opened ballots

Just a reminder to all (especially those
picking up context after the holiday in the US) that we have two ballots
open until 3PM ET on July 11, 2003. Currently there have been 12 of 33
votes cast on the ballot for approving the modified specification as the
current Committee Specification and 15 of 33 votes cast on whether to initiate
a second review cycle or to submit WSRP v1 to the OASIS membership for
consideration as an OASIS standard. I will add discussing these two ballots
to the agenda for Thursday's conference call, but would encourage all to
cast their votes so that any late time pressures don't preclude doing so.

I would point out to everyone that I set these ballots to close at 12 noon
PT so as to allow people to vote on the 11th while also allowing me to
begin an interchange with OASIS TC Admin on the 11th based on the ballot
results. 

I realized while typing this that the ballot should also indicate the dates
a second review cycle would cover. I just amended the ballot to indicate
the 30-days would be July 11th to August 10th.
