F2F attendance ballot

As per Bill's request, I have extended
the ballot (http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/wsrp/ballot.php?id=159&)
related to attending the F2F. If people could validate that their current
vote reflects their final plans, it would certainly help Bill in pulling
together the final details.
