RE: [wsrp] Issue #43: Collapse HandleEventResponseandBlockingInteractionResponse?

We do need two XML elements in order to
stick to a SOAP response naming convention where the response = operationName +
“Response” but XML Schema type communality or extensibility could
be looked at. We have an action to do this for all 2.0 types at some point now
that XML Schema extension is better supported .. you did all verify this against
your tool chain I hope :-)
