Why should it have used the fault element
names? These are error codes, not faults. I would also note that the schema
matches 6.1.25 in the spec.

We came across an error in the schema regarding the ErrorCodes type.
This type is a restriction based on QName, but it uses element names in
stead of types in the enumeration.
This type should have been
