Fault OperationNotSupported bindings point to wrong fault messagedefinition OperationSupported

Hi,

in the 2.0 bindings WSDL all fault definitions are defined as:
<wsdl:fault name="OperationNotSupported">  <soap:fault
name="OperationSupported" use="literal"/> </wsdl:fault>

it has to be
<wsdl:fault name="OperationNotSupported">  <soap:fault
name="OperationNotSupported" use="literal"/> </wsdl:fault>
