The specification defines the getResourceOperation to return a

ResourceResponse object.

However, the file wsrp-2.0-interfaces.wsdl defines the getResourceResponse

message to be of type getMarkupResponse:

  </wsdl:message>

I believe this needs to be changed to types:getResourceResponse.
