Re: [wsrp] TOC of spec is missing to pre-defined events

This was commented on somewhere in the
CS - OS timeframe. The answer, unfortunately, was that such a change required
beginning the process all over and we decided to make it an errata item
rather than doing a new public review.

I'm not sure it made it to the wiki
page where we will collect errata items ...

just noticed that 5.11.3 and 5.11.4 is missing in the TOC.

Is that something to easily fix and update?
