Discussed impact of CookieProtocol on handling of cookies set on non-initCookie() invocations:
- Richard noted IBM is interpreting these at the cookie protocol level as the WSRP spec is silent on the handling.
- Nate noted that WLP scopes returned cookies by CookieProtocol regardless of when they are set.
Question for discussion next time: Is this difference a problem that needs a TC errata?
