Links missing from the home page

It seems that the OASIS TC page template
has a problem and certain links are not appearing in the purple bar at
the top right of the public TC home page. The missing links include the
calendar [1] and the minutes [2] pages. I am including the URLs here in
case folks are trying to access those pages...

I have sent mail to the webmaster asking
that they loo into this.
