schema for wsse11:SignatureConfirmation?

In reviewing the 1.1 draft, I was unable to find a schema for  element 
<wsse11:SignatureConfirmation>. I would have expected to find it within

http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2005/xx/oasis-2005xx-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.1.xsd 


but this file is MIA.
