[xacml-comment] Schema file names are inconsistent

Hi,

At the home page http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/xacml/,
the schema file names are:
Policy Schema (cs-xacml-schema-policy-01.xsd)
Context Schema (cs-xacml-schema-context-01.xsd)
Note that the version number? is 01.

However, in the context schema a different file name is used for the policy
schema:
cs-xacml-schema-policy-1.0.xsd
This time, the version number is 1.0.

They should be consistent.
