[xacml-comment] Comment resolutions

Attached is an updated summary of all comments submitted to date
to , with the status following
the 12/05/02 XACML TC Meeting.  Everyone directly addressed on
this e-mail submitted a comment that was resolved at this
meeting.

Thank you for all comments submitted and for the review effort
that lies behind them: the XACML 1.0 Specification is much
improved as a result of your work.

The public review period officially ends 12/08/02, so please
submit any remaining comments promptly.

ACTION ITEMS:
52b. [Tim] develop text changes to implement the response.
     [Michiharu] review Tim's text changes for correct use of
     XPath terminology.

The unresolved comments are:
- 0052b "In the case where the XPath expression matches attributes in
  the request context by AttributeId, it must also match the
  attribute's data-type with the selector's DataType."
  Status: resolved in intent; waiting for wording.

Of these, 66 has been resolved in intent and is waiting for
wording to be developed and approved.  68 and 69 are the same
issue (policy type checking and Decision)
