I agree that the type should be "http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#anyURI".

Both these tests contains resource id attributes that are declared as 

String...

        <Attribute

              

AttributeId="urn:oasis:names:tc:xacml:1.0:resource:resource-id"

              DataType="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string">

            <AttributeValue>A:BartSimpson</AttributeValue>

        </Attribute>

This doesn't effect the test, as the resources are not refered to. But,

shouldn't they be declared as AnyURL? Section B.6 line 4505 doesn't

say what type resource-id should be, but it implies that it's a URI.
