The schema mentioned above (http://docs.oasis-open.org/xacml/2.0/access_control-xacml-2.0-context-schema-os.xsd) has an incorrect reference to the XACML 2.0 policy schema.  Line 3 points to 

http://docs.oasis-open.org/xacml/access_control-xacml-2.0-policy-schema-os.xsd

but the actual location of the policy schema is 

http://docs.oasis-open.org/xacml/2.0/access_control-xacml-2.0-policy-schema-os.xsd

Just thought you'd like to know.
