uri-string-concatenate vs. *-regexp-match

Hi,

in appendix A.4 of XACML-3.0wd6, the uri-string-concatenate function has
been marked as obsolete, since the same result can be achieved using the
conversion functions.

This is also true for the various *-regexp-match functions. Do you plan
to remove them too, or will they stay?
