Greetings!

I ran the proposal through the link checker at the W3C 
(http://validator.w3.org/checklink) and it reports two links (of 42) as 
member-only:

These are just glitches in the resources and not in the draft per se. Still, the draft will get the blame.

Both occur in 1.2 Normative References under [HL7-CONSENT].

Resolution: Fix the permissions on these files to allow open access. (No change to the drafts required.)
