3.0 XACML Conformance Test Submission for Review

AT&T Research is very happy to submit a new and updated suite of conformance tests that can be used by any XACML 3.0 compliant PDP engine for conformance testing. The tests were built starting with the XACML 2.0 conformance tests. All relevant XML documents were upgraded to the 3.0 standard, new tests relevant to XACML 3.0 standard were added, and older XACML 2.0 tests were moved into a deprecated sub-directory.

We would love to get feedback as to the viability of the tests, if anything is missing or mis-interpreted.
