Special Majority Ballot to approve XACML v3.0 RBAC Profile Version 1.0 as a Committee Specification has been set up

Members of the XACML TC,

As requested in [1], a Special Majority Vote ballot to approve XACML v3.0 Core and Hierarchical Role Based Access Control (RBAC) Profile Version 1.0 as a Committee Specification has been set up. 

The ballot opens 17 October 2014 at 00:00 UTC and remains open through 23 October 2014 at 23:59 UTC. You can access the ballot at:
