Yes, I forgot about that. I am sorry but I don't have the time to provide an example right now. I will consider adding it to the next version of the document. It's not complicated really. :-) It just means that the target can match an access request also, in which case the delegate element of the target is ignored. You can get the same effect by making a copy of the policy and remove the Delegates elements from the target.
