Resource Matching in XACML

Dear all,

I am trying to do a small experiment and for that experiment I needed a
XACML policy/request. I got stuck at a point which is related, I guess,
with the resource matching. Do you have any ideas or suggestions about
the problem? 
Please find my policy and the request attached.
