Hi Nafees. Please take these specific questions to the sunxacml- 
discuss list. FYI, the OASIS lists are intended for more general  
XACML discussion.

As for your problem, it's happening because the class cannot be  
found. Make sure that your classpath is setup correctly, and that  
you've got a built copy of SampleRequest in that classpath. Feel free  
to take follow-up questions to the sunxacml-discuss list.
