I am not sure what you mean by that Hal. The spec I announced is layered
on top of XACML 3.0. I assume XACML 3.0 qualifies as a policy langauge?
I am perplexed as to what you meant?
Did you read the spec that was linked from the blog? Did you even read
the blog?
