Title: RE: Face To Face Meetings
If we are looking at July, maybe we should consider the San Francisco area as we already have XML Encryption (and XKMS) planned there for July 19-20. I know XML Encryption has a lot of people particularly interested in XACML as well.

Sterling Commerce is willing to sponsor the first F2F
in Dallas, TX - if the venue will work for you.
(Just be prepared to be fried in the heat in July:-))
Please let me know the requirements etc.
Thanks,

I think we should have a F2F prior to the already proposed date in
September, perhaps in July. However, we need a sponsor.
Would any organizations like to volunteer?
I have already proposed
XML World Sep 30th-Oct 3rd, San Jose, CA for a F2F
I also propose
XML 2001 Dec 9-14 Orlando, Florida, USA
If nobody objects to going to these nice sunny places :-), I'll make a
formal request for space sponsorship from OASIS.
