Paper on Protecting Data Archive?

During the last call there was mention of a paper written by Pierangela Samarati on protecting a data archive. Can someone post a link or the paper to the list? I tried browsing http://www.crema.unimi.it/ but I do not understand Italian. ;-) Thanks, Hal
