[xacml] Face to Face Meeting

There seems to be some consensus around Las Vegas as the site for the next
face to face. Please vote for one of the following:

a) I prefer Las Vegas - November 27, 28
b) I prefer Las Vegas - December 4, 5
c) I can make both a&b and have no preference between them.
d) I cannot make either but could make (specify city and dates)

Please post to the list as soon as possible.

If we hold it in Las Vegas we will need a room. Presumably this means
renting a small meeting room in a hotel. Can we get a volunteer to check
into this? Bill?
