What time is the F2F expected to begin on the 23rd? My flight doesn't arrive until 8:44 the morning of the 23rd, so someone may have to sub in for me in performing roll call. I assume we will begin at 9, but I may be held up coming from the airport.

 
Yes, we're scheduled for 9:00 - 5:00 both days.  Thanks for the warning that you might be a little late; if you can send me your official list of members and prospective members (say by Friday the 18th, or Monday the 21st at the latest), then we will be able to carry on until you arrive.
