Actually, I just pointed out that long distance charges would apply. I
won't be able to cover the cost. Maybe whoever is requesting to dial in can
cover the cost. If it's only one person, maybe they can call
direct?

think a flip chart would be helpful. Sometimes hotel conference facilities
provide them. If not, I'd be willing to chip in if Bill had to buy one and bring
it with him. I think I have a collapsible flip chart stand I could bring on the
plane with me if you just want to pick up the paper and
markers.
