We are not considering the week of March 18 because 1) The IETF meets that week, and many of our members including
Carlisle, will be attending that. 2) Polar indicated he is unavailable that week (maybe for the
same reason). 3) I was not able to get a conference room for that week. Here are the results so far: March 11-12 Proposal
