Hi Tim,
There were some difficulties with expression
reference and condition in our original schema. In particular, expression
references to condition could not be reused for expression references within
condition. This was one of the reasons condition is not present.
I agree with your point that condition is useful
concept. We can define condition element of type expression and require
that
it evaluates to boolean. Scope of change would be
less as well.
