I just put an updated draft of the XACML Profile for SAML,
working draft 05, into the XACML repository.  The link from the
XACML TC home page points to this new draft.

This draft is a candidate for CD.

The changes in this draft were made in response to Tim Moses'
comments made in
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xacml/200408/msg00037.html
(which were comments on this SAML profile, despite the message
subject being the dsig profile).

Zip file containing XACML Profile for SAML 2.0, Working Draft 05,
26 August 2004 (in OpenOffice and PDF formats),
xacml-profile-saml-schema-assertion.xsd,
xacml-profile-saml-schema-protocol.xsd.

Changes from Draft 04 are:
- Added <Target> to the choice in an XACMLPolicyQuery.
- Made XACMLAuthzDecisionQuery InputContextOnly and ReturnContext
  optional with default values "false".
- Section 5, 6, and 7 Statements and Queries now "SHALL" be
  encapsulated in saml:Assertion, saml:Request, or saml:Response,
  which "MAY" be signed.
- Editorial corrections.
