request for relatively large XACML policies for academic research

Tao also inquired about the possibility of the XACML TC hosting a 
repository for contributions of such test policies, saying they would be 
happy to contribute what they have collected on the web.  I will check 
with OASIS Administration on any IP/etc. issues with such a repository.
