Groups - Schema for Web Services Profile of XACML (WS-XACML), WD 8 (xacml-3.0-profile-webservices-schema-v1.0-wd-8.xsd) uploaded

In this WD 8 of the schema, multiple Requirements and Capabilities elements
are allowed in a single instance of the XACMLAssertionAbstractType.  An
xacml-context:ResourceContent element is added as one choice for the format
of a Capabilities element - this allows an instance of a policy document
such as a P3P 1.0 policy to be specified as Capabilities.  As in the
previous WD 7, the XACMLAuthzAssertion and the XACMLPrivacyAssertion are
derived from the XACMLAssertionAbstractType.
