Roster repair

The following Members and voting Members (Including Chairs and Secretary)
were temporarily and accidentally removed from the TC roster and have now
been restored to their status as documented on 13 December.  Any updates
subsequent to that date can be made by the Chair.  These administrative
actions should not reflect on these Members intent to participate or Voting
Rights.
